Milica is an experienced financial executive with over twenty years of diverse controlling, accounting and senior management experience as CFO, Corporate Controller and Turnaround Consultant. She leads the financial practice of PRISMA.
Since founding PRISMA, Milica has served as interim CFO for an international entertainment company and advised on all aspects of the financial turnaround of a mid-sized Canadian-Austrian publisher.
Before co-founding PRISMA, Milica served as CFO and Controller for companies as diverse as Coca-Cola — holding positions in three European countries — and a venture-funded high-tech start-up.
Her background in the financial management of multinational consumer goods companies, the restructuring of a Canadian publishing business, banking and finance, and work with the Australian government gives her broad and in-depth experience in every aspect of financial management.
Milica has lived and worked in six countries and directed numerous engagements involving international matters. She holds the professional designations CPA (Australia) and CGA (Canada), and a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
